What qualifications do I need?

We believe education should be accessible to all, which is why we offer two different entry routes for our BSc Healthcare Management. For the academic entry route requirement, you must have three A-levels or equivalent qualifications. To apply using the work experience entry route you must have three years’ relevant work experience. You can also apply for our CertHE which has an open-entry route, only requiring a high proficiency in English language.  

 

What job roles are available for graduates?

The majority of graduates secure roles within clinics, hospitals and similar care facilities. Others may choose to work in related fields such as public and community health management; medical sales or third sector organisations; outpatient care and public health; support service executives and many more roles in business and health. Examples of exciting career opportunities include:

  • Healthcare Administrator

  • Clinical Manager

Having a healthcare management degree will also provide you with many transferable skills. These include research, communication and decision-making, which are all beneficial in leadership roles.
