What our students say

Kairat Kabashev - MSc Project Management

I have been working at an oil and gas company for over ten years. Progressing through a variety of departments I have gained good experience in the oil sector. Then I decided to further my knowledge by getting an education in project management. I’ve never doubted that I would study at one of the universities in England – it was simply a matter of timing. My wife advised me to study online with the University of Essex Online. The online learning mode is very convenient in both saving time and not being far away from family and work. It also provides a very comfortable and flexible study pattern. I am married and have two children. I like to travel and study the culture and customs of different nationalities. My favourite hobby is collecting coins and stamps from different countries.
