The University of Essex Online achieves excellence for teaching, learning and academic support in the 2023 National Student Survey (NSS).
The results of the 2023 National Student Survey (NSS) conducted by the Office for Students (OfS) have been released with the University of Essex Online achieving excellent scores for teaching, learning and academic support.
Reflecting on this year’s results, David Dixon, Academic Director, commented:
“Once again our students have confirmed our commitment to delivering excellence in online education. The results show the exceptional scores in the important areas of course teaching, learning opportunities, and assessment and feedback, with most measures higher than the sector averages and comparable benchmarks.
We’re particularly pleased these results reflect the significant work we’re undertaking to incorporate students’ feedback and voices in how we deliver great online learning. In 2024, the University of Essex will be celebrating its 60th anniversary and these NSS results from online students are a fantastic testament to the continued passion for making positive change happen across the global Essex community.”
