News, Graduation

The commitment our University of Essex Online graduates demonstrate by studying part-time while also often managing a full-time career and a family automatically sets them apart from the crowd, especially to potential employers.

And now newly-released employment statistics from the Destinations of Leavers from Higher Education survey (DLHE) show that our graduates are also well above the national average in terms of employment.

The survey contacted graduates six months after qualifying from their higher education course and the results show that a massive 70% of our students are in full-time work – well above the national average of 60%.

In addition, an impressive 91.4% of our students are in work or further study, with 1.2% due to start work in the next month, once again topping the national average of 90.3%.

Congratulations to our graduates!
