Graeme Carter

Graeme has over 20 years of experience legally qualified and trained in International Commercial Law, specialising in corporate governance, international trade, and competition law. In addition, he has held senior-level acquisition positions and advised and consulted foreign companies.

Before joining the University of Essex Online, Graeme worked for the Ministry of Justice. However, he spent his formative years living and working in Southeast Asia, within the education sector. He was Head of the D.A.V. International Law faculty, where he developed and delivered many undergraduate programmes, concentrating on international trade and advanced contract law.
